How do I choose my qipao size?
Use the size chart shown on the product page and compare your bust, waist and hip measurements. If you are between sizes, choose the size that accommodates your largest measurement. Visit our Sizing Guide for measuring instructions.
Can you help me with sizing?
Yes. Email your height, weight, bust, waist and hip measurements to info@zhenarae.com, together with the product link.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Selected styles can be discussed through our Custom Qipao & Chinese Dress Consultation. Submit your measurements, preferred length, occasion and inspiration images for review before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to the United States normally takes 5–9 business days. Expedited delivery normally takes 4–6 business days, and express delivery normally takes 2–4 business days. Standard delivery to other destinations normally takes 5–20 business days. Estimates may vary because of carrier operations, weather or customs processing.
Are customs duties included?
Customs clearance and applicable import duties are included in the shipment. Local authorities may still contact the recipient for information needed to complete delivery.
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days after delivery. Return shipping and any return-related customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and approved. Please read our Refund Policy before sending an item back.
Will the color look exactly like the photo?
Colors can appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Brocade, velvet and silk-like fabrics may also reflect light differently from different angles.
What materials are used?
Material information is provided on each product page. When a specialized natural fiber such as mulberry silk is stated, follow the care instructions carefully. Other styles may use polyester or blended fabrics.
How should I care for my garment?
Follow the care information on the product page or garment label. For embroidered, brocade, velvet and delicate pieces, gentle hand washing or professional dry cleaning is usually the safest option. Avoid bleach, soaking and high heat.
